An Independent Jewish Day School, with a Website That Says So

Professionalism. Excellence. Jewish values. These are the messages prospective KSDS families needed to hear, and that a new website needed to convey right up front.

We based our strategy on in-depth research – including a competitive analysis, communications audit, and qualitative market research. Our presentation of the research results concluded with a brand strategy to inform internal and external communications as well as our work designing and building a new website.

Work for the website began with a week of discovery. From there we presented a creative brief to capture our intentions – including recommendations on the use of professional photography throughout. I.A. development led immediately to design and the writing of original text for the 75-page site.

Built on BigTree CMS, the site is highly functional and easy to use, a big change for an institution that was channeling updates through a single administrator. It promises years of functionality. Even better, it’s immediate visual appeal to prospective families draws people in.
